Exercise Physiology

Exercise Physiologists are university qualified health professionals with the knowledge, skills and competencies to design and deliver effective exercise interventions for people with acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities.

We will do an assessment to make a plan that best fits YOU. We will look at:

  • Posture and balance

  • Fitness and strength 

  • Cardiovascular fitness 

  • Current medications

  • Any limiting factors i.e. Physical disabilities, injuries or pain

 

Physiotherapy - Our physiotherapists are experts in body structure, function and movement and can assist with restoring mobility, identifying injuries, alleviating pain and improving function.

  • Exercises to improve strength, coordination, posture, mobility and balance

  • Diagnosis of any muscular or joint issues

  • Biomechanical assessment

  • Soft tissue techniques to help with pain, stiffness and inflammation

  • Training your support people to assist with mobility and transfer

  • Functional task training – gait and transfer practice

  • Education and advice about managing your condition

Fitness Passport

At Fit 4 All we offer all Fitness Passport holders full access membership to our gym with 9 training zones including women's weights, group fitness Adults and Kids classes, supervised child minding and locker for use all under the Passport no extra cost .
